Previous and next appointments
A proposed booking can fail in two directions. There may be too little time to reach it from the previous customer, or its service may end too late to reach the next confirmed customer. CalMov’s scheduling logic checks both adjacent transitions where they exist.

Coverage settings define where you are prepared to travel. The customer location is collected during booking so the system can apply the relevant availability rules.
