How the drive is allowed for depends on the CalMov plan and the rules set by the business. On Lite, the business sets the travel gap. On Pro, CalMov checks roads and expected traffic and checks again before a booking is confirmed. Does CalMov use the customer's ZIP code when showing times?
Yes. For a customer-address service, the booking flow collects the ZIP code and full address before it unlocks live dates and times. CalMov can then use the location, the surrounding schedule and the travel calculation included in your plan when deciding whether a time can be offered.
Is CalMov a full route optimization or fleet-dispatch system?
No. CalMov focuses on making an appointment bookable only when its service and surrounding drives fit. It does not claim to rearrange an entire fleet route automatically. A business that needs work orders, live fleet dispatch or vehicle tracking may need a specialist field-service system.
Will my workspace show prices in dollars?
Yes. A US workspace uses USD for services, customer quotes and CalMov subscription prices. The business country and currency are confirmed during onboarding and then kept fixed to protect existing bookings and billing records.
Can I automatically charge customers for travel?
Yes. Automatic travel pricing is included on Pro. Choose distance or drive time, then set the charge for each bracket. Can customers pay when they book?
US businesses can take Stripe payments in USD on Pro, or on Lite with the Online payments upgrade, once they connect their own Stripe account. Paying online is the customer's choice; they can also book online and pay the provider later. The business remains the seller to its customer, while CalMov uses the connected account to support the booking payment flow.
