Set travel-charge brackets by distance or journey time from your business base to the customer. CalMov applies the matching charge automatically and shows it in the booking summary with the service price and total. CalMov's travel time checks decide whether a visit fits; automatic travel pricing decides what to charge for the journey.

The first difference is how driving time is allowed for. On Lite you choose the gap between bookings. On Plus, CalMov checks roads and expected traffic for each appointment time, and charges customers for travel automatically if you want it to. Pro adds what keeps customers coming back: text reminders, follow-ups and messages to regulars who haven't booked for a while.
You are starting out, serve a compact area, or most journeys need roughly the same allowance. You choose one dependable gap and keep online booking free. Need more than two services? Add unlimited services without moving to Plus.
Journeys vary a lot across your area, or road choice and time-of-day traffic regularly affect whether a slot is reachable. Plus checks the journey on both sides of each appointment and checks it again before the customer confirms, with automatic travel pricing and a reminder email the day before included.
No-shows cost you, or regulars drift away between visits. Pro sends text reminders to UK mobiles, asks customers to confirm and follows up when they don't, and brings back customers who haven't booked for a while. Your emails and booking page can use your own domain.
Team is for businesses with more than one person taking bookings, with everything in Pro for every person. It's in pilot: we switch it on for businesses that ask to join, and it can't be bought yet. Outside the pilot, each business account has one person who takes bookings.

Your first business starts with 14 days of Plus when you create it. Try road and expected traffic checks, unlimited services and booking page customisation without adding a card. Existing businesses and team invitations do not start another trial.
You move to free Lite unless you choose a paid plan. Your bookings and saved business information stay. Lite supports up to two services and travel gaps you set yourself; premium features stop being available. Before the trial ends, confirm which services you want to keep bookable and the travel gap your business needs. New online bookings pause until these Lite settings are confirmed.
No. There is no card to add and no automatic subscription. You only start paying for CalMov when you choose a paid plan and complete checkout. The checkout shows the price and when payment begins.
