Automatic travel pricing on Plus and Pro
Set travel-charge brackets by distance or estimated journey time from your business base to the customer. CalMov applies the matching charge automatically and shows it in the booking summary with the service price and total. Travel-aware scheduling checks whether a visit fits; automatic travel pricing determines what to charge for the journey.

Which CalMov plan fits your diary?
Choose the lowest level that reliably protects the journeys you make now. A more detailed calculation is useful when the variation in your routes justifies it. If you also want to charge customers for travel automatically, choose Plus or Pro.
Choose Lite when
You are starting out, serve a compact area, or most journeys need roughly the same allowance. You choose one dependable gap and keep online booking free.
Choose Plus when
Nearby and edge-area customer locations create meaningfully different drives. Location estimates preserve more useful space than one buffer designed for the longest trip. Automatic travel pricing also lets you apply travel charges by distance or journey time.
Choose Pro when
Road choice and time-of-day traffic regularly affect whether a slot is reachable. Pro checks the journey on both sides and rechecks it before confirmation, with automatic travel pricing included as on Plus.
All founder-launch plans support one active staff member per business. Plus and Pro prices shown above are founder prices for the selected market. Published standard prices are shown for comparison in the same currency.

Free trial questions
How does the free Pro trial work?
Your first business starts with 14 days of Pro when you create it. Try road and expected traffic checks, unlimited services and booking page customisation without adding a card. Existing businesses and team invitations do not start another trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to free Lite unless you choose a paid plan. Your bookings and saved business information stay. Lite supports up to two services and travel gaps you set yourself; premium features stop being available. Before the trial ends, confirm which services you want to keep bookable and the travel gap your business needs. New online bookings pause until these Lite settings are confirmed.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. There is no card to add and no automatic subscription. You only start paying for CalMov when you choose a paid plan and complete checkout. The checkout shows the price and when payment begins.
