Field service scheduling

Travel-aware booking for field service businesses

For solo and founder-led field service operators, every appointment changes the route. CalMov helps validate customer-bookable times against the job length and the travel around existing work.

Common scheduling problems

Jobs are geographically scattered

A booking that fits on screen may force a long cross-area journey.

Job durations differ

Each service needs an honest duration before the next journey can be planned.

New work can compromise confirmed visits

Checking only the drive into a new job may leave no route to the next customer.

Frequently asked questions

Is multi-staff booking available?

During the founder launch one active staff member can take bookings per business. Multi-staff controls are marked as coming soon and should not be treated as available yet.

Can I set different durations for different jobs?

Yes. Services have their own configured durations and prices.

Does CalMov optimise a full fleet route?

No. The confirmed product focuses on travel-aware appointment availability for the active bookable staff member, not fleet route optimisation.
