These Terms govern your use of CalMov in the supported United Kingdom and United States markets. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

Service Scope
Calmov provides booking, scheduling, and travel-aware slot management functionality. Some features depend on third-party providers and configured integrations.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, user access management, and the accuracy of business settings, services, and availability rules.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious or unlawful content.
Billing and Plans
Paid plan and add-on behavior follows configured billing settings and provider terms. Non-payment or failed payment may affect access to paid capabilities.
Free Pro Trial
An eligible new owner receives one 14-day Pro trial when their first business is created. No card is required and the trial does not create an automatic paid subscription. Unless you choose a paid plan and complete checkout, access moves to free Lite when the trial ends. Existing bookings and saved business information remain, while Lite service limits, manual travel gaps and feature access apply. Team invitations, additional businesses and recreating an account do not restart a trial. Customer payments through a connected Stripe account are separate from the CalMov trial.
Third-Party Services
Integrations (for example map, calendar, auth, payment, email, CAPTCHA, and hosting providers) are subject to their own terms and availability.
Data and Backups
You retain ownership of your business data. Operational backup and restore procedures should be followed by operators according to documented runbooks.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmov is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted service, and liability is limited to direct damages under applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
