CalMov checks whether you have enough time to reach the next customer. It can also automatically price the journey. Choose distance or estimated journey time, then set the travel-charge brackets that suit your business.
Set a travel fee for each distance bracket, measured in kilometres. CalMov uses the estimated one-way road distance from your business base to the customer to choose the applicable charge.

Enable travel pricing for visits to customer addresses. The booking review shows the travel surcharge separately from the service price before confirmation. Travel-aware scheduling decides whether the appointment fits around your other bookings; travel pricing decides which additional customer charge applies.

Use your own fixed gap on Lite, customer-location estimates on Plus, or road and expected-traffic checks on Pro.
Paid plans can connect Stripe for customer payments and Google Calendar so confirmed bookings are reflected in the calendar you already use.
CalMov is booking and travel-availability software for one active staff member per business during the founder launch. It is not currently a multi-staff dispatch board, route-optimisation engine, clinical-record system, pet CRM, inventory platform or fleet manager. Choose specialist software if one of those workflows is central to your day.
