How do I add my booking link to Google and Instagram?
Copy your booking link from Booking page, in the Share tab. Add it to your Google Business Profile under Booking, and to your Instagram profile with Edit profile. Customers then open your booking page straight from Google or Instagram.

A link on your Google Business Profile and your Instagram profile that opens your booking page, where they enter their address, choose a service and pick a time.
Set it up
Step 1: Copy your booking link
In Booking page, open the Share tab and press Copy link under Your booking link. You can also press Copy booking link in the dashboard menu.
Step 2: Add it to your Google Business Profile
Go to your Business Profile. In Google Search, select Booking. In Google Maps, select Edit profile, then Booking. Select Add link, or Add another link if you have one already, paste your booking link and select Save.
Step 3: Make it the link Google shows first
If your profile has more than one booking link, select Booking, then Set preferred link. Choose your CalMov link and select Save.
Step 4: Add it to your Instagram profile
In the Instagram app, go to your profile and tap Edit profile. Add your booking link as the website on your profile, then tap Done. On the web, click your profile picture, then Edit profile.
Step 5: Test it from your phone
Open your Google and Instagram profiles on your phone and tap the link. It should open your booking page. Completing a booking there creates a real appointment, so cancel any test booking afterwards.
Common questions
Does my booking link change if I rename my business?
Only if you change the booking link itself, in Settings, under Business details. Old links keep working: they send customers to the new one.
Can I put the same link on Facebook or WhatsApp?
Yes. It's an ordinary web link, so it works anywhere you can paste one, including your website, messages and other social profiles.
Where else can I find my booking link?
In the dashboard menu, press Copy booking link. It's also under Your booking link in Booking page, in the Share tab.
