How a customer-bookable time is checked

The useful question is not simply whether a start time is empty. It is whether the complete visit and the transitions around it can be supported by the rules the business has configured.

Imagine a mobile professional considering a 60-minute visit between two confirmed customers. The business has included 15 minutes of pack-down after each service and a 10-minute arrival margin.

What the example shows

In this example, 10:45 AM is workable because the incoming drive, service, pack-down and onward transition all fit. A 10:30 AM start might look available on a normal calendar, but it would consume the time needed to arrive and set up. Test the same pattern with your own addresses and longest normal service before relying on it.
